Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the HPE Superdome Flex: ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules from 16GB to 64GB, available at DDR4 2933MHz PC4-23400, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. This system scales in 4-socket chassis of 1st/2nd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors with 48 DDR4 DIMM slots per 4-socket chassis (up to two DIMMs per channel), supporting up to 48TB of memory. HPE rates the platform at DDR4-2666 with 1st Gen and DDR4-2933 with 2nd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors. HPE positions the Superdome Flex for in-memory computing and SAP HANA and mission-critical databases. The platform accepts either RDIMM or LRDIMM modules but the two cannot be mixed: match the type already installed, or see the LRDIMM listing for this system.
