SHIPPING

USA: All domestic orders receive free shipping. Most orders ship same business day. Orders must be received prior to 3PM EST for same day shipping eligibility. Domestic orders within the continental US over $500 Ship via Fedex 2-Day Delivery . Orders under $500 Ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Next day delivery is available; options and rates are available at checkout. UPS Shipping is available upon request. 

CANADA: Canadian customers are responsible for all VAT/Import Taxes.

International Shipping Rates: Please use our checkout for rate calculation & options. International customers are responsible for all VAT/DUTY/ IMPORT Taxes. Please check with your country tax rates. All international expedited orders are shipped via USPS, FEDEX or DHL depending on country and order amount. RETURNS FOR REFUND

All product returns for refund must be received within 30 days of the purchase date and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice as well as an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. 

To obtain an RMA number, simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page or send an email to support@nemixram.com

All RMAs are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. RMAs must be securely packaged. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged while in transit to our location. All non-defective proprietary memory is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and all packages refused at the time of delivery are also subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any incurred shipping fees are not refundable for any reason.
