TerraMaster NAS Device Memory — F, T & U Series
Memory for TerraMaster NAS and backup servers — the current F, T and U series, all running DDR5-4800 non-ECC SODIMM.
F-series are the desktop NAS units: F2-424, F4-424 (including PRO and MAX), F6-424 and F6-424 MAX, and the all-SSD F8 SSD and F8 SSD Plus. T-series and U-series are the integrated backup servers — T9-500 Pro, T12-500 Pro, U4-500, U8-500 Plus and U12-500 Plus — rackmount and high-bay-count units built for backup targets rather than general file serving.
This whole generation standardised on one module type, which makes the buying decision unusually simple: DDR5-4800 SODIMM, 8GB or 16GB, non-ECC across the range.
Memory is the constraint on TerraMaster more than most. TOS runs Docker containers, virtual machines and multi-user file access on units that frequently ship with 8GB. On the F8 SSD and the higher-bay backup servers in particular, the flash and the network will outrun the base memory configuration under any real workload.
Check your model's maximum before ordering — TerraMaster publishes it per model and it varies within the same series. Send us the model and we'll confirm the capacity and slot count.
Lifetime warranty on every module. Purchase orders, net terms and volume pricing for business, government and education buyers.
