Intel Server System Memory: R1000 & R2000 Family Rack Servers
18 products
Showing 1 - 18 of 18 products
Memory upgrades for Intel R1000 and R2000 family rack server systems. Each listing covers one Intel system SKU, using the memory type, speed and module size of the board inside it. To find yours, type the system model into the search bar at the top of the page, for example R2208WFTZS, R2312WFTZS, R1304WT2GS or R1304SPOSHOR. The model is on the system label on the chassis and on your order paperwork.
The board inside each system sets its memory: R1000WF and R2000WF systems use the S2600WF board, R1304WT systems use the S2600WT board, and R1208SP and R1304SP systems use the S1200SP board.
1st and 2nd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable platforms
DDR4 registered memory; these listings are 64GB DDR4-2666 LRDIMMs (PC4-21300, 4Rx4, 1.2V), which run at DDR4-2666, or at the processor's rated memory speed if that is lower.
DDR4 ECC unbuffered memory (ECC UDIMM) only, up to 64GB in 4 slots; these listings are 16GB DDR4-2666 ECC UDIMMs, which run at the platform speed. Registered and load-reduced modules do not work in these systems.
Do not mix LRDIMMs with RDIMMs, or registered modules with ECC UDIMMs, in the same system.
Install identical modules across each processor's memory channels for full bandwidth: groups of six per processor on Xeon Scalable boards, four per processor on Xeon E5 v3/v4 boards, three per channel group on the S7200AP, and matched pairs on S1200SP boards.
Each listing names the exact module it fits. If you need RDIMMs or a different module size for one of these platforms, contact us before ordering.
