Memory upgrades for Intel compute modules: the server nodes that slide into Intel multi-node chassis. Each listing covers one Intel compute module SKU, using the memory type, speed and module size of that node. To find yours, type the module model into the search bar at the top of the page, for example HNS2600BPB, HNS2600TPFR or S9248WK1HLC. The model is on the module label and on your order paperwork.
Memory is installed per node: every compute module in a chassis has its own slots and needs its own set of modules.
1st and 2nd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable platforms
DDR4 registered memory; these listings are 64GB DDR4-2666 LRDIMMs (PC4-21300, 4Rx4, 1.2V), which run at DDR4-2666, or at the processor's rated memory speed if that is lower.
S9200WK family (24 slots per board or node): compute modules S9248WK1HLC, S9248WK2HAC, S9256WK1HLC. Install identical modules in groups of 8, 16 or 24.
Intel Xeon E5-2600 v3 and v4 platforms
DDR4 registered memory; these listings are 64GB DDR4-2666 LRDIMMs, which run at the platform speed (DDR4-2400 with v4 processors, DDR4-2133 with v3).
Do not mix LRDIMMs with RDIMMs, or registered modules with ECC UDIMMs, in the same system.
Install identical modules across each processor's memory channels for full bandwidth: groups of six per processor on Xeon Scalable boards, four per processor on Xeon E5 v3/v4 boards, three per channel group on the S7200AP, and matched pairs on S1200SP boards.
Each listing names the exact module it fits. If you need RDIMMs or a different module size for one of these platforms, contact us before ordering.
