NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the HP Z4 G6i Workstation: DDR5-6400 PC5-51200 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 8, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The HP Z4 G6i Workstation is built for one Intel Xeon 600-series workstation processor. It has 8 DDR5 DIMM slots and supports up to 512GB with 64GB RDIMMs. HP lists DDR5-6400 registered memory for the Z4 G6i at one module per channel; with two modules per channel it runs at up to 5200 MT/s. HP supports registered ECC DIMMs only. 64GB modules cannot be mixed with 16GB or 32GB modules. Install identical modules in matched sets, following the slot order HP gives for each processor; the system runs memory at the speed its processor supports.
