NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the HP Z2 SFF G4 Workstation: DDR4-2666 PC4-21300 ECC Unbuffered (ECC UDIMM) modules, 8GB, 16GB and 32GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 4, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.2V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The HP Z2 SFF G4 Workstation is built for an Intel Xeon E-2100/E-2200 or 8th/9th Gen Intel Core processor. It has 4 DDR4 DIMM slots and supports up to 128GB. HP lists DDR4-2666 memory for the Z2 G4; Core i3-8100 and Pentium G5400 processors run it at 2400 MT/s. 32GB modules (128GB total) need a Xeon E-2200 or 9th Gen Core processor; earlier processors are limited to 64GB. HP offers this workstation with ECC or non-ECC memory. ECC memory works with Xeon E, Core i3 and Pentium processors; Core i5, i7 and i9 processors run non-ECC memory only.
