The HP Z2 Mini G4 Workstation is built for an Intel Xeon E-2100 or 8th Gen Intel Core processor. It has 2 DDR4 SODIMM slots and supports up to 64GB. HP lists DDR4-2666 SODIMMs for the Z2 Mini G4. HP offers this workstation with ECC or non-ECC memory. ECC memory works with Xeon E, Core i3 and Pentium processors; Core i5 and i7 processors run non-ECC memory only.
