NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY RX4770 M6: DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 ECC Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) modules, 64GB to 128GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.2V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The PRIMERGY RX4770 M6 is a 3U quad-socket rack server for two or four 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Gold 5300H, Gold 6300H or Platinum 8300H/HL processors. It has 48 DDR4 DIMM slots and supports up to 3TB with 64GB RDIMMs or 6TB with 128GB LRDIMMs. Slot counts and capacities are for four processors; a two-processor system has 24 slots and half the capacity. Fujitsu rates it for DDR4-3200 memory. The memory runs at the speed the processor supports: 3200 MT/s with Platinum 8300H/HL, 2933 MT/s with Gold 6300H and 2666 MT/s with Gold 5300H processors. This server takes DDR4 ECC Registered (RDIMM) or Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) memory; Fujitsu does not allow mixing RDIMMs and LRDIMMs, and unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. LRDIMMs are the route to the maximum capacity. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Fujitsu gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
