Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Intel Server System M50CYP2UR312: 16GB / 32GB / 64GB / 128GB DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested upgrades. 1.2V, 288-pin, Registered, ECC, JEDEC-compliant for stable 24/7 operation. Platform: 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable (Ice Lake) processors. Intel specification: 32 DIMM slots: 16 per processor across 8 channels, two DIMMs per channel. Intel supports DDR4 RDIMM, LRDIMM and 3DS modules from 8GB to 256GB. Intel rates DDR4 at up to 3200 MT/s at one or two DIMMs per channel, depending on the processor model. This system takes registered ECC memory; unbuffered UDIMMs will not work, and RDIMMs and LRDIMMs must not be mixed. Install identical modules and populate memory channels evenly on each processor for full bandwidth.
