NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the QCT QuantaPlex T42S-2U-4Node: DDR4-2933 PC4-23400 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 8GB to 64GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.2V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The QuantaPlex T42S-2U-4Node is a 2U four-node server for Intel Xeon Scalable processors (1st and 2nd Generation). It has 16 DDR4 DIMM slots per node and supports up to 1TB with 64GB RDIMMs or 2TB with 128GB LRDIMMs. Slot count and capacity are per node; order one set for each node you upgrade. QCT lists DDR4-2666 memory for 1st Generation and DDR4-2933 for 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors; the memory runs at the speed the installed processor supports. This server takes DDR4 ECC Registered (RDIMM) or Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) memory; do not mix RDIMMs and LRDIMMs, and unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. Install identical modules in matched sets, populating the slots in the order QCT gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
