NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the QCT QuantaGrid SD2H-1U: DDR4-2666 PC4-21300 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 8GB to 64GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 8, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.2V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The QuantaGrid SD2H-1U is a 1U single-socket rack server for Intel Xeon D processors. It has 8 DDR4 DIMM slots and supports up to 512GB with 64GB RDIMMs. QCT lists DDR4-2666 RDIMM for this server, the memory speed of Intel Xeon D processors. This server takes DDR4 ECC Registered memory (RDIMM); QCT lists no LRDIMM option for it, and unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. Install identical modules in matched sets, populating the slots in the order QCT gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
