NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the QCT QuantaGrid D75H-10U: DDR5-6400 PC5-51200 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 64GB to 128GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The QuantaGrid D75H-10U is a 10U dual-socket GPU server for Intel Xeon 6 processors. It has 32 DDR5 DIMM slots and supports up to 4TB with 128GB RDIMMs. NEMIX offers DDR5-6400 RDIMM in 64GB, 96GB and 128GB sizes for this server. This server takes DDR5 ECC Registered memory (RDIMM); unbuffered UDIMMs and DDR4 modules will not work. QCT also lists MRDIMM for some Intel Xeon 6 platforms, which NEMIX does not offer. Install identical modules in matched sets, populating the slots in the order QCT gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
