NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the QCT QuantaGrid D75F-7U: DDR5-5600 PC5-44800 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 16GB to 128GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The QuantaGrid D75F-7U is a 7U dual-socket GPU server for 5th and 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors. It has 32 DDR5 DIMM slots and supports up to 4TB with 128GB RDIMMs. QCT lists DDR5-5600 RDIMM. The memory runs at the speed the installed processor supports: up to 5600 MT/s with 5th Generation and 4800 MT/s with 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors. This server takes DDR5 ECC Registered memory (RDIMM); unbuffered UDIMMs and DDR4 modules will not work. QCT also lists MRDIMM for some Intel Xeon 6 platforms, which NEMIX does not offer. Install identical modules in matched sets, populating the slots in the order QCT gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
