NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the QCT QuantaGrid D52BQ-2U: DDR4-2933 PC4-23400 ECC Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) modules, 64GB to 128GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.2V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The QuantaGrid D52BQ-2U is a 2U dual-socket rack server for Intel Xeon Scalable processors (1st and 2nd Generation). It has 24 DDR4 DIMM slots and supports up to 1.5TB with 64GB RDIMMs or 3TB with 128GB LRDIMMs. QCT lists DDR4-2666 memory for 1st Generation and DDR4-2933 for 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors; the memory runs at the speed the installed processor supports. This server takes DDR4 ECC Registered (RDIMM) or Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) memory; do not mix RDIMMs and LRDIMMs, and unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. LRDIMMs are the route to the highest capacities. Install identical modules in matched sets, populating the slots in the order QCT gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
