NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the QCT QuantaEdge EGX63IS-1U: DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 ECC Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) modules, 64GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 8, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.2V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The QuantaEdge EGX63IS-1U is a 1U single-socket edge server for Intel Xeon Scalable processors. It has 8 DDR4 DIMM slots and supports up to 512GB with 64GB RDIMMs or 512GB with 64GB LRDIMMs. QCT lists DDR4-2933 and DDR4-3200 RDIMM/LRDIMM for this server; the memory runs at the speed the installed processor supports. This server takes DDR4 ECC Registered (RDIMM) or Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) memory; do not mix RDIMMs and LRDIMMs, and unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. LRDIMMs are the route to the highest capacities. Install identical modules in matched sets, populating the slots in the order QCT gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
