NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Lenovo ThinkSystem SR850 V4 Mission-Critical Server: DDR5-6400 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules from 32GB to 256GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant. This system runs two or four Intel Xeon 6 6700-series processors with P-cores, with 64 DDR5 DIMM slots (16 per processor, eight channels with two DIMMs per channel), supporting up to 16TB of memory with 256GB 3DS RDIMMs. Lenovo rates the platform at DDR5-6400 with one DIMM per channel and DDR5-5200 with two DIMMs per channel. Lenovo positions the ThinkSystem SR850 V4 as a 2U, four-socket server for in-memory databases, SAP HANA and consolidation. This platform takes registered ECC memory (RDIMM) only; unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. Use one module size and type throughout the server, and populate memory in the matched groups Lenovo specifies for each processor.
