NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY TX300 S8: DDR3-1866 PC3-14900 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 8GB to 16GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.5V, 240-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The PRIMERGY TX300 S8 is a dual-socket tower server for up to two Intel Xeon E5-2600 v2 processors. It has 24 DDR3 DIMM slots and supports up to 384GB with 16GB RDIMMs, 768GB with 32GB LRDIMMs or 1.5TB with 64GB low-voltage LRDIMMs. Fujitsu rates 1.5V DDR3-1866 registered memory for this server, and 1.5V is Fujitsu's default memory voltage for maximum speed. Memory runs at up to 1866 MT/s with a supporting E5-2600 v2 processor; more DIMMs per channel or a slower processor lower the speed. This server takes DDR3 ECC Registered (RDIMM) or Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) memory; Fujitsu does not allow mixing RDIMMs and LRDIMMs, and unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Fujitsu gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
