NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY TX300 S7: DDR3-1333 PC3L-10600 ECC Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) modules, 32GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.35V, 240-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The PRIMERGY TX300 S7 is a dual-socket tower server for up to two Intel Xeon E5-2600 processors. It has 24 DDR3 DIMM slots and supports up to 384GB with 16GB RDIMMs or 768GB with 32GB LRDIMMs. Fujitsu supports 32GB quad-rank DDR3-1333 low-voltage (1.35V) LRDIMMs for this server. Memory never runs faster than the processor's memory bus allows. This server takes DDR3 ECC Registered (RDIMM) or Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) memory; Fujitsu does not allow mixing RDIMMs and LRDIMMs, and unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. LRDIMMs are the route to the maximum capacity. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Fujitsu gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
