NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY TX1330 M5: DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 ECC Unbuffered (ECC UDIMM) modules, 8GB to 32GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 4, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.2V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The PRIMERGY TX1330 M5 is a single-socket tower server (rack-convertible, 4U) for one Intel Xeon E-2300 processor (or a Pentium Gold G6405). It has 4 DDR4 DIMM slots and supports up to 128GB with 32GB ECC UDIMMs. Fujitsu rates it for DDR4-3200 ECC unbuffered memory. Four dual-rank modules run at 2933 MT/s, and with a Pentium Gold processor the memory runs at 2666 MT/s. This server takes DDR4 ECC Unbuffered memory (ECC UDIMM) only; registered RDIMMs and LRDIMMs will not work, and Fujitsu does not support mixing different modules. Install identical modules in matched sets, in Fujitsu's slot order, and use one module size throughout.
