Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY TX1320 M6: DDR5-4800 PC5-38400 ECC Unbuffered (ECC UDIMM) modules, 16GB to 32GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 4, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant. The modules match the specifications of Fujitsu memory options PY-ME16UH (16GB) and PY-ME32UH (32GB).
The PRIMERGY TX1320 M6 is a compact single-socket tower server for one Intel Xeon E-2400 or Xeon 6300P processor (or a Pentium Gold G7400). It has 4 DDR5 DIMM slots and supports up to 128GB with 32GB ECC UDIMMs. Fujitsu lists DDR5-4800 ECC unbuffered modules for it. Memory runs at 4400 MT/s with one module per channel, and at 4000 MT/s (16GB) or 3600 MT/s (32GB) with two. This server takes DDR5 ECC Unbuffered memory (ECC UDIMM) only; registered RDIMMs will not work, and Fujitsu does not support mixing different modules. Install identical modules in matched sets, in Fujitsu's slot order, and use one module size throughout.
