Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY RX4770 M8: DDR5-6400 PC5-51200 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 64GB to 128GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The PRIMERGY RX4770 M8 is a 3U quad-socket rack server for two or four Intel Xeon 6700P processors. It has 64 DDR5 DIMM slots and supports up to 8TB with 128GB RDIMMs. Slot counts and capacities are for four processors; a two-processor system has 32 slots and half the capacity. Fujitsu rates it for DDR5-6400 RDIMMs of 64GB, 96GB and 128GB, at up to 6400 MT/s. This server takes DDR5 ECC Registered memory (RDIMM); unbuffered UDIMMs will not work, and Fujitsu does not allow mixing x4 and x8 RDIMMs. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Fujitsu gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
