Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY RX4770 M7: DDR5-4800 PC5-38400 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 16GB to 64GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The PRIMERGY RX4770 M7 is a 3U quad-socket rack server for two or four 4th Generation Intel Xeon Gold 6400H or Platinum 8400H processors. It has 64 DDR5 DIMM slots and supports up to 4TB with 64GB RDIMMs. Slot counts and capacities are for four processors; a two-processor system has 32 slots and half the capacity. Fujitsu rates it for DDR5-4800 RDIMMs; every supported processor runs memory at up to 4800 MT/s. This server takes DDR5 ECC Registered memory (RDIMM); unbuffered UDIMMs will not work, and Fujitsu does not allow mixing x4 and x8 RDIMMs. The 3DS RDIMMs Fujitsu lists for the largest configurations (128GB 4Rx4 and 256GB) are not offered here. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Fujitsu gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
