NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY RX300 S8: DDR3-1866 PC3-14900 ECC Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) modules, 32GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.5V, 240-pin, JEDEC-compliant. The modules match the specifications of Fujitsu memory option S26361-F3848-E517 (32GB).
The PRIMERGY RX300 S8 is a 2U dual-socket rack server for up to two Intel Xeon E5-2600 v2 processors. It has 24 DDR3 DIMM slots and supports up to 384GB with 16GB RDIMMs, 768GB with 32GB LRDIMMs or 1.5TB with 64GB low-voltage LRDIMMs. Fujitsu supports 32GB quad-rank 1.5V DDR3-1866 LRDIMMs for this server, which this listing offers. The 64GB DDR3-1333 low-voltage LRDIMMs that Fujitsu lists for the 1.5TB maximum are not offered here. This server takes DDR3 ECC Registered (RDIMM) or Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) memory; Fujitsu does not allow mixing RDIMMs and LRDIMMs, and unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Fujitsu gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
