Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY RX2530 M8: DDR5-6400 PC5-51200 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 16GB to 128GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant. The modules match the specifications of Fujitsu memory options PY-ME16ST (16GB), PY-ME32ST (32GB), PY-ME64ST (64GB), PY-ME96ST (96GB) and PY-ME12ST (128GB).
The PRIMERGY RX2530 M8 is a 1U dual-socket rack server for up to two Intel Xeon 6500P or 6700P processors. It has 32 DDR5 DIMM slots and supports up to 4TB with 128GB RDIMMs. Fujitsu rates it for DDR5-6400 RDIMMs: 6400 MT/s at one DIMM per channel and 5200 MT/s at two, depending on the processor. Fujitsu allows 16GB modules at one DIMM per channel only (up to 8 per processor). The 3DS 256GB RDIMMs and the 8800 MT/s MRDIMMs Fujitsu also lists are not offered here. This server takes DDR5 ECC Registered memory (RDIMM); unbuffered UDIMMs will not work, and Fujitsu does not allow mixing x4 and x8 RDIMMs. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Fujitsu gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
