Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY RX2530 M7: DDR5-5600 PC5-44800 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 16GB to 96GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant. The modules match the specifications of Fujitsu memory options PY-ME16SP (16GB), PY-ME32SP (32GB), PY-ME64SP (64GB) and PY-ME96SP (96GB).
The PRIMERGY RX2530 M7 is a 1U dual-socket rack server for up to two 4th or 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors. It has 32 DDR5 DIMM slots and supports up to 3TB with 96GB RDIMMs. Fujitsu supports 96GB modules only as 8 or 16 per processor, not with Xeon Max (HBM) processors. Fujitsu lists DDR5-4800 and DDR5-5600 RDIMMs for it. The processor sets the speed: up to 5600 MT/s with 5th Gen Xeon at one DIMM per channel, 4800 MT/s with 4th Gen, and 4400 MT/s at two DIMMs per channel. These DDR5-5600 modules run at the speed the processor supports. This server takes DDR5 ECC Registered memory (RDIMM); unbuffered UDIMMs will not work, and Fujitsu does not allow mixing x4 and x8 RDIMMs. The 3DS RDIMMs Fujitsu lists for the largest configurations (128GB 4Rx4 and 256GB) are not offered here. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Fujitsu gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
