Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY RX200 S7: DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 8GB to 16GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.5V, 240-pin, JEDEC-compliant. The modules match the specifications of Fujitsu memory option S26361-F3697-E516 (16GB).
The PRIMERGY RX200 S7 is a 1U dual-socket rack server for up to two Intel Xeon E5-2600 processors. It has 24 DDR3 DIMM slots and supports up to 384GB with 16GB RDIMMs or 768GB with 32GB LRDIMMs. Fujitsu rates DDR3-1600 registered memory for this server, and 1.5V is Fujitsu's default memory voltage for maximum speed. Memory runs at up to 1600 MT/s at one or two DIMMs per channel, slower with three per channel, and never faster than the processor's memory bus allows. This server takes DDR3 ECC Registered (RDIMM) or Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) memory; Fujitsu does not allow mixing RDIMMs and LRDIMMs, and unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Fujitsu gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
