NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY GX2560 M7: DDR5-4800 PC5-38400 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 16GB to 64GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The PRIMERGY GX2560 M7 is a 4U dual-socket GPU server for two 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors. It has 32 DDR5 DIMM slots and supports up to 2TB with 64GB RDIMMs. Fujitsu rates it for DDR5-4800 RDIMMs: 4800 MT/s at one DIMM per channel and 4400 MT/s at two. Fujitsu requires at least four identical modules. This server takes DDR5 ECC Registered memory (RDIMM); unbuffered UDIMMs will not work, and Fujitsu does not allow mixing x4 and x8 RDIMMs. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Fujitsu gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
