Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY CX2560 M7: DDR5-4800 PC5-38400 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 16GB to 64GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant. The modules match the specifications of Fujitsu memory options PY-ME16SL (16GB), PY-ME32SL (32GB) and PY-ME64SL (64GB).
The PRIMERGY CX2560 M7 is a 1U half-wide dual-socket server node for the PRIMERGY CX400 M7 chassis for up to two 4th or 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors. It has 24 DDR5 DIMM slots and supports up to 1.5TB with 64GB RDIMMs. Memory capacity and slot count are per node; order one set for each node you upgrade. Processors of 165W or more are limited to 8 DIMMs each. Fujitsu lists DDR5-4800 RDIMMs for it. The processor sets the speed at 4800, 4400 or 4000 MT/s, and it drops a step with 9 to 12 DIMMs per processor. This server takes DDR5 ECC Registered memory (RDIMM); unbuffered UDIMMs will not work, and Fujitsu does not allow mixing x4 and x8 RDIMMs. The 3DS RDIMMs Fujitsu lists for the largest configurations (128GB 4Rx4 and 256GB) are not offered here. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Fujitsu gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
