NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY CX2560 M6: DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 8GB to 64GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.2V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The PRIMERGY CX2560 M6 is a 1U half-wide dual-socket server node for the PRIMERGY CX400 M6 chassis for up to two 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Silver 4300 or Gold 5300 processors. It has 24 DDR4 DIMM slots and supports up to 1.5TB with 64GB RDIMMs or 3TB with 128GB LRDIMMs. Memory capacity and slot count are per node; order one set for each node you upgrade. Twelve DIMMs per processor need the 140W processor cooler; with the 165W cooler the limit is eight per processor. Fujitsu rates it for DDR4-3200 memory. The memory runs at the speed the processor supports: 2933 MT/s with Gold 5300 and 2666 MT/s with Silver 4300 processors. This server takes DDR4 ECC Registered (RDIMM) or Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) memory; Fujitsu does not allow mixing RDIMMs and LRDIMMs, and unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Fujitsu gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
