NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Dell PowerEdge R7725xd Rack Server: DDR5-6400 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules from 16GB to 128GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 12, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant. This system runs two 5th Gen AMD EPYC 9005 Series processors, with 24 DDR5 DIMM slots (12 per processor, one DIMM per channel), supporting up to 3TB of memory with 128GB RDIMMs. Dell rates the platform at DDR5-6400. Populate all 12 channels per processor for full memory bandwidth. Dell positions the PowerEdge R7725xd as a 17th-generation 2U, two-socket AMD EPYC rack server. This platform takes registered ECC memory (RDIMM) only; unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. Use one module size and type throughout the server, and populate memory in the balanced groups Dell specifies for each processor.
