NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Dell PowerEdge C6320: DDR4-2400 PC4-19200 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 8GB to 32GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.2V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The PowerEdge C6320 is a 13th-generation server node (four nodes per 2U C6320 chassis) for up to two Intel Xeon E5-2600 v3 or v4 processors per node. It has 16 DDR4 DIMM slots and supports up to 512GB with 32GB RDIMMs. Memory capacity and slot count are per node; order one set for each node you upgrade. Dell rates it for DDR4-2400; with v3 processors the memory runs at 2133 MT/s. This server takes DDR4 ECC Registered memory (RDIMM) only; LRDIMMs and unbuffered UDIMMs are not supported. Install identical modules in matched sets, in the slot order Dell gives for each processor, and use one module size throughout.
