Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Cisco UCS C225 M6 Rack Server: ECC Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) modules from 64GB to 256GB, available at DDR4 3200MHz PC4-25600, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. This system runs dual AMD EPYC 7003/7002 processors with 32 DDR4 DIMM slots (up to two DIMMs per channel), supporting up to 8TB of memory. Cisco rates the platform at DDR4-3200 with AMD EPYC 7003 and 7002 processors. Cisco positions the UCS C225 M6 Rack Server for virtualization and dense 1RU compute. The platform accepts either LRDIMM or RDIMM modules but the two cannot be mixed: match the type already installed, or see the RDIMM listing for this system.
