NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Intel Server Board S2600WFT: 16GB / 32GB / 64GB DDR4-2933 PC4-23400 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested upgrades. 1.2V, 288-pin, Registered, ECC, JEDEC-compliant for stable 24/7 operation. Platform: 1st and 2nd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors. Intel specification: 24 DIMM slots: 12 per processor across 6 channels, two DIMMs per channel. Intel rates DDR4 at up to 2933 MT/s with 2nd Gen Intel Xeon Platinum and Gold 6200 processors at one DIMM per channel; other processors, and two DIMMs per channel, run memory at 2666 MT/s or lower, and these modules run at the speed the processor and population support. 64GB modules require 2nd Gen processors; 1st Gen processors take the 16GB and 32GB modules. This board takes registered ECC memory; unbuffered UDIMMs will not work, and RDIMMs and LRDIMMs must not be mixed.
