Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Intel Server Board M20NTP2SB: 16GB / 32GB / 64GB / 128GB DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested upgrades. 1.2V, 288-pin, Registered, ECC, JEDEC-compliant for stable 24/7 operation. Platform: 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable (Ice Lake) processors. Intel specification: 16 DIMM slots: 8 per processor, one DIMM per channel. Intel supports DDR4 RDIMM, LRDIMM and 3DS modules from 8GB to 256GB, up to 4TB. Intel rates DDR4 at up to 3200 MT/s with Xeon 8300 and 6300 processors, 2933 MT/s with 5300 and 2666 MT/s with 4300; faster modules run at the speed the processor supports. This board takes registered ECC memory; unbuffered UDIMMs will not work, and RDIMMs and LRDIMMs must not be mixed. Install identical modules and populate memory channels evenly on each processor for full bandwidth.
