Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Intel Compute Module D50TNP1MHCPAC: 16GB / 32GB / 64GB / 128GB DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 16 per node, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested upgrades. 1.2V, 288-pin, Registered, ECC, JEDEC-compliant for stable 24/7 operation. Platform: 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable (Ice Lake) processors in the Intel FC2000 multi-node chassis. Intel specification: 16 DDR4 DIMM slots per node: 8 per processor, one DIMM per channel (on the D50TNP1SB board, 8 further slots take Intel Optane persistent memory only). Intel supports DDR4 RDIMM, LRDIMM and 3DS modules. Intel rates DDR4 at up to 3200 MT/s. Memory is per node: each module needs its own set. This module takes registered ECC memory; unbuffered UDIMMs will not work, and RDIMMs and LRDIMMs must not be mixed. Install identical modules and populate memory channels evenly on each processor for full bandwidth. Researched, matched, and compatibility-tested by NEMIX RAM, a US-based server memory specialist since 1993, and backed by a lifetime warranty.
