NEMIX RAM memory upgrade for CIARA KRONOS 545-G3 Workstation: 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, 96GB, and 128GB DDR5-5600 PC5-44800 ECC RDIMM modules, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 8, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested upgrades. 1.1V, 288-pin, Registered (buffered), ECC, JEDEC-compliant for stable operation in professional workstations. Platform: Intel Xeon W-2400/W-2500 and W-3400/W-3500 (LGA4677), W790 chipset. Eight DDR5 slots; CIARA specifies DDR5-5600 ECC registered memory only. Per the CIARA user guide, Xeon W-2400 and W-2500 processors use four of the eight slots (DIMM_C1, D1, G1 and H1 are not supported). Processors rated for DDR5-4800 run these modules at 4800 MT/s.
