NEMIX RAM memory upgrade for OnLogic Karbon 800 Series (K801-K804) Rugged Fanless Computer: 8GB / 16GB / 32GB DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 NON-ECC Unbuffered SODIMM modules, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 2, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested upgrades. 1.2V, 260-pin, Unbuffered, Non-ECC, JEDEC-compliant for stable operation in industrial PCs, edge systems and embedded designs. OnLogic lists DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM on two slots, up to 64GB, for 12th and 13th Gen Intel Core processors (LGA1700, W680). Non-ECC modules work with every supported processor; ECC modules work with Core i5 (except the i5-12400), i7 and i9 processors. Modules run at the speed the processor supports.
