Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Supermicro WIO SuperServers SYS-1029P-WTR / SYS-6029P-WTR: ECC Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) modules from 64GB to 128GB, available at DDR4 3200MHz PC4-25600, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. These systems each run dual 2nd/1st Gen Intel Xeon Scalable (Socket P, LGA 3647) processors with 12 DDR4 DIMM slots (one DIMM per channel), supporting up to 1.5TB of memory with LRDIMM modules up to 128GB each. Supermicro rates the platform at DDR4-2933; JEDEC DDR4-3200 modules clock down to the supported speed. Supermicro positions the WIO SuperServers for general purpose server and I/O-intensive workloads. The platform accepts either LRDIMM or RDIMM modules but the two cannot be mixed: match the type already installed, or see the RDIMM listing for this system.
