NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the MiTAC TYAN S5652: DDR5-5600 PC5-44800 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 16GB to 128GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 8, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The S5652 is a compact single-socket server motherboard in the CEB form factor for 5th and 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors. It has 8 DDR5 DIMM slots and supports up to 1TB with 128GB modules. MiTAC lists DDR5 RDIMM at 5600 MT/s with 5th Generation and 4800 MT/s with 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors at one DIMM per channel. The memory runs at the speed the installed processor and slot population support. This platform takes DDR5 ECC Registered memory (RDIMM); unbuffered UDIMMs and DDR4 modules will not work. MiTAC also lists 3DS RDIMM, LRDIMM or MRDIMM options on some platforms; NEMIX offers standard RDIMM. Install identical modules in matched sets, populating the slots in the order MiTAC gives for your processor, and use one module size throughout.
