The S5567 is an embedded thin Mini-ITX motherboard with the H610 chipset for Intel Alder Lake-S processors. It has 2 DDR4 SO-DIMM slots and supports up to 64GB with 32GB modules. MiTAC lists DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM memory for this board. This board takes DDR4 SO-DIMM memory; desktop UDIMMs, registered RDIMMs and DDR5 modules will not work. Install identical modules in matched sets, populating the slots in the order MiTAC gives for your processor, and use one module size throughout.
