NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the MiTAC C2810Z5: DDR5-6400 PC5-51200 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 32GB to 128GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 12, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The C2810Z5 is a OCP ORv3 multi-node server with one AMD EPYC processor per node for AMD EPYC 9005 and 9004 series processors. It has 12 DDR5 DIMM slots per node and supports up to 3TB per MiTAC specifications; the 128GB modules NEMIX offers reach 1.5TB. Slot count is per node; order one set for each node you upgrade. MiTAC lists DDR5 RDIMM up to 6400 MT/s for AMD EPYC 9005 and 4800 MT/s for EPYC 9004 processors. The memory runs at the speed the installed processor and slot population support. This platform takes DDR5 ECC Registered memory (RDIMM); unbuffered UDIMMs and DDR4 modules will not work. MiTAC also lists 3DS RDIMM, LRDIMM or MRDIMM options on some platforms; NEMIX offers standard RDIMM. Install identical modules in matched sets, populating the slots in the order MiTAC gives for your processor, and use one module size throughout.
