Lenovo ThinkSystem SD665 V3/SD665-N V3 Supercomputing Server - DDR5 6400MHz PC5-51200 - RDIMM

NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Lenovo ThinkSystem SD665 V3/SD665-N V3 Supercomputing Server: DDR5-6400 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules from 32GB to 128GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 12 per node, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant. Each node runs two AMD EPYC 9005 or 9004 Series processors with 24 DDR5 DIMM slots (12 per processor, one DIMM per channel), supporting up to 3TB per node with 128GB modules. The SD665 V3 tray holds two nodes; the SD665-N V3 tray holds one node with four NVIDIA GPUs. Lenovo rates the platform at DDR5-6400 with EPYC 9005 processors and DDR5-4800 with EPYC 9004 processors, one DIMM per channel; these DDR5-6400 modules clock down automatically on EPYC 9004 systems. Lenovo positions the ThinkSystem SD665 V3 and SD665-N V3 as Lenovo Neptune direct water-cooled nodes for the DW612S enclosure, built for HPC and AI clusters; memory is listed per node. This platform takes registered ECC memory (RDIMM) only; unbuffered UDIMMs will not work. Use one module size and type throughout the server, and populate memory in the matched groups Lenovo specifies for each processor. Researched, matched, and compatibility-tested by NEMIX RAM, a US-based server memory specialist since 1993, and backed by a lifetime warranty.
