Description
NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Cisco UCS C245 M6 Rack Server: ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules from 16GB to 128GB, available at DDR4 3200MHz PC4-25600, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. This system runs dual AMD EPYC 7003/7002 processors with 32 DDR4 DIMM slots (up to two DIMMs per channel), supporting up to 8TB of memory. Cisco rates the platform at DDR4-3200 with AMD EPYC 7003 and 7002 processors. Cisco positions the UCS C245 M6 Rack Server for GPU-accelerated and storage-dense workloads and virtualization. The platform accepts either RDIMM or LRDIMM modules but the two cannot be mixed: match the type already installed, or see the LRDIMM listing for this system.
