BIOSTAR specification: 4 DDR4 UDIMM slots, up to 128GB at up to 3200 MHz. The BIQ67-AHP uses 12th, 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core (LGA1700) processors on the Q670 chipset. Install identical modules in matched pairs or a full set of four for dual-channel operation; registered RDIMMs will not work.
