NEMIX RAM memory upgrade for Kontron D3641-S and D3646-S Micro-ATX and ATX Board: 8GB / 16GB DDR4-2666 PC4-21300 NON-ECC Unbuffered UDIMM modules, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 4, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested upgrades. 1.2V, 288-pin, Unbuffered, Non-ECC, JEDEC-compliant for stable operation in industrial PCs, edge systems and embedded designs. Kontron lists DDR4-2666 unbuffered ECC and non-ECC UDIMM on four sockets, up to 64GB, for 8th and 9th Gen Intel Core and Xeon E-2100 processors (C246, LGA1151). Kontron notes that 4 x 32GB (128GB) is not supported. Memory speed depends on the processor. ECC UDIMM modules for this machine have their own listing.
