Z790 Motherboard Memory: DDR5 & DDR4 RAM for Intel LGA1700 Boards

Memory upgrades for motherboards built on the Intel 700 Series Z790 chipset. Each listing covers one board model from ASUS, ASRock, GIGABYTE or MSI, using the memory type, speed and module size that board supports, in single modules and matched kits. To find yours, type the model name into the search bar at the top of the page, for example ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO, PRO Z790-P WIFI, Z790 AORUS ELITE AX DDR4 or Z790 PG Lightning/D4. The model name is printed on the board and on the box.

About the Z790 platform

• Processors: 12th, 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core, socket LGA1700.
• Memory type: Z790 boards come in DDR5 and DDR4 versions, and the two are not interchangeable. Many model names show it (D4, DDR4 or D5), but not all do, so check the memory type named on each listing. On this page, 105 listings are DDR5 and 18 are DDR4.
• Module sizes: 8GB to 48GB per module, in single modules and matched kits.

Choosing memory for a Z790 board

Install modules in matched pairs in the slots your board manual marks for two-module use, and use identical modules when filling all slots. NEMIX RAM modules are JEDEC-standard, so they run at the board's default memory settings with no XMP or EXPO profile to set; faster modules run at the speed the platform supports. Browse by module type: DDR5 UDIMM and DDR4 UDIMM.

Not sure which module fits? Send us your motherboard model name and we will confirm the right module before you order.
