RDIMM ECC Registered Server Memory — the standard module type for Servers, Racks, Tower and Blade Servers. A register between the memory controller and the DRAM chips buffers address and command signals, letting a server address far more memory per channel than unbuffered UDIMM allows, with ECC correcting single-bit errors before they reach the OS.
This is the largest section of the catalogue: all modules spanning DDR5, DDR4, DDR3 and DDR2, from 2GB to 256GB per module and 1066MHz through 6400MHz. Every rank configuration is stocked — 1Rx8, 1Rx4, 2Rx8, 2Rx4, 4Rx4 and 8Rx4 — because rank matters as much as capacity on a populated server board.
RDIMM is not interchangeable with UDIMM or LRDIMM. A board that expects registered memory will not post with unbuffered, and load-reduced modules need explicit platform support. Filter by Technology Speed, Module Density and Rank to match your existing modules, or send us your server model and we'll confirm the fit.
