Intel Server Memory: Server Boards, Server Systems & Compute Modules
117 products
Showing 97 - 117 of 117 products
Memory upgrades for Intel-branded server boards, server systems and compute modules. Each listing covers one Intel model, using the memory type, speed and module size that platform takes. The fastest way to find yours is to type the Intel model number into the search bar at the top of the page, for example M50FCP2UR208, M50CYP2SB1U, D50TNP1MHCPAC, S2600WFT, R2208WFTZS or S1200SPLR. The model number is on the board, on the system label and on your order paperwork.

Intel server boards (49 listings): M50FCP, M50CYP, M20NTP and M70KLP boards for 3rd to 5th Gen Xeon Scalable, S2600 dual-socket boards, and the S7200AP and S1200SP entry boards.
Intel server systems (40 listings): M50FCP, M50CYP, M20NTP and M70KLP family systems, and R1000 and R2000 family rack systems based on the S2600WF, S2600WT and S1200SP boards.
Intel compute modules (28 listings): D50DNP and D50TNP modules for the FC2000 multi-node chassis, and HNS2600 and S9200WK compute modules.
4th and 5th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable platforms
DDR5 registered memory (RDIMM) only; these listings are 16GB to 128GB DDR5-5600 ECC RDIMMs (PC5-44800, 1.1V). They run at 5600 MT/s with 5th Gen processors and 4800 MT/s with 4th Gen at one module per channel, and at up to 4400 MT/s at two modules per channel. DDR4 modules do not fit these platforms.
DDR4 registered memory; these listings are 16GB to 128GB DDR4-3200 ECC RDIMMs (PC4-25600, 1.2V), which run at DDR4-3200, or at the processor's rated memory speed if that is lower.
DDR4 registered memory. Each model has two listings: a 64GB DDR4-2666 LRDIMM (PC4-21300, 4Rx4, 1.2V), and 16GB, 32GB and 64GB DDR4-2933 RDIMMs (PC4-23400, 1.2V) in kits; 64GB RDIMMs need 2nd Gen processors. Modules run at their rated speed, or at the processor's rated memory speed if that is lower.
S9200WK family (24 slots per board or node): compute modules S9248WK1HLC, S9248WK2HAC, S9256WK1HLC. Install identical modules in groups of 8, 16 or 24.
Intel Xeon E5-2600 v3 and v4 platforms
DDR4 registered memory. Each model has two listings: a 64GB DDR4-2666 LRDIMM, and 16GB and 32GB DDR4-2400 RDIMMs (PC4-19200, 1.2V) in kits. Both run at the platform speed (DDR4-2400 with v4 processors, DDR4-2133 with v3).
DDR4 registered memory. The S7200AP has two listings: a 64GB DDR4-2666 LRDIMM, and 16GB and 32GB DDR4-2400 RDIMMs in kits of up to 6. Both run at the platform speed.
S7200AP family (6 slots per board or node): boards S7200AP.
Intel Xeon E3-1200 v5 and v6 platforms
DDR4 ECC unbuffered memory (ECC UDIMM) only, up to 64GB in 4 slots; these listings are 16GB DDR4-2666 ECC UDIMMs, which run at the platform speed. Registered and load-reduced modules do not work in these systems.
Do not mix LRDIMMs with RDIMMs, or registered modules with ECC UDIMMs, in the same system. DDR4 and DDR5 modules are keyed differently and are not interchangeable.
Install identical modules across each processor's memory channels for full bandwidth: groups of eight per processor on 3rd, 4th and 5th Gen Xeon Scalable platforms (M50CYP, M50FCP, M20NTP, D50TNP, D50DNP), six per processor on the M70KLP and on 1st and 2nd Gen Xeon Scalable boards, four per processor on Xeon E5 v3/v4 boards, three per channel group on the S7200AP, and matched pairs on S1200SP boards.
Each listing names the exact module it fits. If you need a module type or size that is not listed for your platform, contact us before ordering.
