DDR4 non-ECC SODIMM is the upgrade and replacement memory for the large installed base of DDR4 laptops, mini PCs, all-in-ones, point-of-sale terminals and compact NAS. This page lists every DDR4 non-ECC SODIMM NEMIX RAM supplies, from DDR4-2133 to DDR4-3200. Each module is a 260-pin, 1.2V small-outline DIMM with a 64-bit data path, and every module runs at its JEDEC standard speed.
What is on this page
Single modules in 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32GB, in 1Rx16, 1Rx8 and 2Rx8 organizations, plus matched kits up to 64GB (2x32GB) for two-slot systems and 128GB (4x32GB) for four-slot NAS and workstations. DDR4-3200 and DDR4-2666 make up most of the page, with DDR4-2400, 2133 and 2933 for earlier systems. Narrow the list with the Technology Speed, Module Density, Kit and Rank filters. Most listings are matched to a specific laptop, NAS, terminal or board, with the system named in the product title, and others are listed by OEM part number — Dell SNP, Synology D4NS, QNAP, ASUSTOR AS-GD4, TerraMaster, Samsung, SK hynix and Micron parts. Searching your model or part number at the top of the page is the fastest way to find them.
Where DDR4 laptop memory is used
DDR4 SODIMM is commonly paired with Intel Core 6th to 13th Gen laptops and mini PCs on DDR4 platforms, AMD Ryzen 2000 to 5000 mobile processors, and the Intel Celeron, Pentium and AMD Ryzen Embedded processors inside compact NAS and embedded systems. System-matched listings on this page include Dell Latitude 3420, 3440, 3520, 3540 and 5430 Rugged Extreme, Dell Inspiron 15 and Inspiron 24 and 27 All-in-One, and Vostro 14 and 15; Posiflex JIVA, Haydn ZT and other point-of-sale terminals, all-in-ones and mini PCs; QNAP TS-873A, TS-873AeU, TS-h973AX, TVS-h474, TVS-h674, TVS-h874 and TVS-672XT; Synology DiskStation DS220+, DS420+, DS423+ and DS920+ and RackStation RS820+; ASUSTOR LOCKERSTOR 4RD, 8, 10 and 12RD and FLASHSTOR 12 Pro; TerraMaster F4-423, T9-450, T12-450, U8-450 and U12-423; Supermicro IoT SuperServers and X12STN and X12SCV boards; and CIARA CRIUS laptops and ASTRO micro PCs.
Choosing the right DDR4 laptop module
DDR4 SODIMM is keyed differently from DDR5 and DDR3 SODIMM and will not fit their slots. The largest DDR4 SODIMM is 32GB per slot. Many laptops pair one SODIMM slot with memory soldered to the board, so check how much is soldered before sizing an upgrade. For dual-channel speed, install a matched pair, and match density and rank to any module already installed. A faster module clocks down to the system's supported speed, so a DDR4-3200 module is a safe replacement for a slower one. Some NAS models list only specific modules as supported — search the NAS model on this page for the matched listing. If you are unsure, send us the system model or the OEM part number and we will confirm fitment before you order.
